Introducing Canadian Shipping

Hello Canada!

We're excited to announce that our simple PDF printing service is now available to Canadian users, with all of our printing and shipping features extended to Canadian orders!

Key features

Our site recognizes when a visitor is from Canada, and displays prices in $CAD so there is no foreign exchange fee.

Canadian shipping is currently CAD$12.99 for the first 100 pdf pages in your total order, plus a CAD$3 surcharge per 100 pages thereafter in the order when ordered from a Canadian location.

We operate & ship from the US using UPS's in-house customs (exempt from HST/GSTPST collection requirements), or USPS. Canadian shipments depart 1x per week from our Pennsylvania shop.

Canada Post makes the final delivery. Allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Site visitors from the US and non-Canadian locations can also ship to Canadian recipients and pay in USD prices.

Canadian addresses may be added through the manual interface, or via CSV in larger orders, same as US addresses.

Addresses to US and Canadian recipients may be combined in the same print order.

For Users who Pay from a Topup

Our Topup feature allows a user or hoster to prepay on their account, and is only available in USD.

If you are located in Canada and want to use this feature, you will need to use a VPN in the US to be identified as a US user, then create and account and use the Topup in USD. If you have questions about this, please contact us.

PDF Hosting

If you use our PDF Hosting to distribute PDF prints on demand, Canadian shipping is automatically enabled in checkout from the hosting link. (Example Hosted PDF: https://www.printme1.com/preview/303a40f86 )

If you are hosting a pdf link with a Topup and allow your users in Canada to charge their prints against your Topup balance, their charges are converted into our usual US prices before being charged to your account.

If you want to use a Topup to allow your users to charge prints to your account, you will need to use a VPN in the US to be identified as a US user, then create your account and Topup in USD. If you have questions about this, please contact us.
