Printme1.com's Guide to PDF's:

Printme1.com only prints from PDF files.

Here are some easy (and free!) methods to creating PDF's from your non-PDF files:

If you have a Mac (OS X):

PDF creation is built-in. Simply open your file in its native application, and click print.

Click the "PDF" button on the left, instead of the "Print" button on the right. From the PDF drop-down menu, choose the first option, "Save As PDF".

A new dialog box opens where you can name the PDF and save it.

If you have a PC:

There are many applications that let you create PDF's from your PC.

1.) doPDF (http://www.dopdf.com).

From the doPDF website: "doPDF6.2 installs itself as a virtual PDF printer driver so after a successful installation will appear in your Printers and Faxes list. To convert to PDF, you just have to print the document to doPDF, the free pdf converter. Open a document (with Microsoft Word, WordPad, NotePad or any other software), choose Print and select doPDF. It will ask you where to save the PDF file and when finished, the PDF file will be automatically opened in your default PDF viewer."

2.) PrimoPDF (http://www.primopdf.com)

This app installs on your PC, however they offer a free online service listed below.

3.) CutePDF (http://www.cutepdf.com)

Online Services:

These services are free and do not require the installation of software on your computer:

PDF Converter http://www.freepdfconvert.com/

PDF Online (http://66.89.113.16/doc2pdf/)

Primo PDF (https://online.primopdf.com/Default.aspx)

PDF Merging:

This free service will take multiple PDF's and combine them into one PDF, with book chapterization and Table of Contents options:
